"Germ", not all microbes are bad, most are harmless, and some who need to live! In any case papertowels are probably the best Spreed to prevent germs, bacteria, good or bad!
I do not use one of them. I carry around hand sanitizer in my pocket and use it, I will not touch, in a public toilet.
