I bought a 1964 Suzuki M12 motorcycle from a friend. It is a machine, super rare and I'm just a complete restoration on this topic. He was armed with a contract, but the bike has never been in a state with the title (it is not) a 50 cc motorcycle, but a bicycle, a moped. I would really love this bike lane is legal in this season. Most parts are no longer available and had to be done by hand, so it is essentially a separate motorcycle. How do I named this bike? Should I by a certificate authority?
